POCO X5 Pro India launch date announced by company: Expected price, specs
The POCO X5 Pro India launch date has been officially announced by the company a few days after it was revealed via a teaser in cinemas during the Pathaan screening. The phone will launch in India on February 6 at 5:30 PM IST. As mentioned earlier, it is sold through Flipkart in the country. We should know sales details when the phone goes official next week.
The POCO X5 Pro will be launched as the successor to last year’s POCO X4 Pro and will come with 5G network support. There is speculation that the phone will be a rebranded Redmi Note 12 Speed Edition that was recently launched in China.
There is a dedicated microsite on Flipkart and the POCO website where some key specs have been revealed such as the chipset and AnTuTu benchmark score of 545K+. The POCO X5 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, which is a solid choice for the budget segment.

POCO X5 Pro price (rumoured)
The POCO X5 Pro price in India is said to be between Rs 21,000 and Rs 23,000, excluding bank quotes. The phone will be available in three models: 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB.
POCO X5 Pro specifications
POCO X5 Pro is expected to use a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED panel with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and support for HDR10+. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC and Adreno GPU for graphics and gaming needs. The chipset is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which is further expandable via microSD card.
The POCO X5 Pro packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, hi-res audio, and an IR blaster.
