The Redmi K60 series has been officially launched on date 27 Dec 2022 in China. Redmi K60 Series offer a three smartphone Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E. First time Redmi k60 series come with a wireless charging and a curved Oled display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Redmi k 60 and Redmi k60 Pro come with a carbon fibre finish towards the edges. It has rear triple camera rectangular shaped and front camera with a centre positioned punch-hole cut-out. For Display, The Redmi K60 and K60 Pro feature a 6.67-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a touch sampling rate of 480 Hz, a peak brightness of up to 1400 nits, 12-bit P3 color space, Du Ratio vision, 1920 Hz PWM dimming, hole punch cropping, HDR10+ and JNCD overlay. The Redmi K60E features a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1920Hz PWM dimming, punch-hole cutout, HDR10+ and Gorilla Glass Victus layer.

For Processor, The Redmi K60 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC and Adreno GPU. The Redmi K60 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. MIUI 14, a custom skin based on Android 13, takes care of the software side. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage that is further expandable via microSD card. The phone runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 Custom Skin out of the box.

For Camera, The Redmi K60 features a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 6P lens with f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front is a 16 MP snapper for selfies and video chats. Redmi K60 Pro has triple rear cameras consisting of 50MP/54MP Sony IMX800 primary sensor with OIS, 6P lens, f/1.88 aperture and LED flash, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 118-degree FoV, and 2MP macro shooter. There is a 16MP on the front Shooter for selfies and video chats.

For Battery, The Redmi K60 is powered by a 5,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging and 30W wireless charging. The Pro version has a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging speed and 30W wireless charging. However, the K60E phone packs a 5500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.

 

Other Detailing, There’s an in-screen fingerprint sensor for security, dual speakers, NFC and IR sensors. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging the Redmi K60 and Redmi K60 pro.
